Orischenko Oleg Volodymyrovych

– One of the few theatre managers with two higher field-specific educations.

In 1985 graduated from the Kharkiv Institute of Arts named after I.P.Kotlyarevskiy with the specialization “Orchestra soloist” (trumpet class), and in 1998 graduated from the Kharkiv State Road Transport University with the specialization “Economist”.

Currently, O.Orischenko successfully uses and develops the experience acquired at the position of the Deputy Director on General Issues of the Kharkiv Regional Philharmonic as the Head of the Kharkiv National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre named after M.V.Lysenko.

Since 2013 he is the Director General of the Kharkiv National Opera and Ballet Theatre. His management style combines new marketing technologies in the organizational and artistic work of the theatre team with the academic understanding of the theatre’s mission.
